San Juan is a Puerto Rico homeport. Old San Juan and the Pan American Pier are the embarkation problem. Condado is where a lot of guests sleep. Nassau is not this port, and neither is a Bahamas Out Island call.
Terminal vs hotel vs ship
The terminal is the cruise berth in Old San Juan / the Pan American area. We have not opened a florist page that names that terminal or a receiving desk. Terminal letters stay unpublished.
Hotels in Condado, Miramar, and nearby resort strips are the passenger drop when the guest is staying there. Fioridella names San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, La Concha, Sheraton Puerto Rico, Hotel Rumbao, The Wave Hotel Condado, and The Ritz-Carlton San Juan, with same-day before 1:00 PM. Dorado Beach is on that venue dump and is farther inland — treat it as leftover, not the embarkation hotel.
Ship delivery is a cruise-line cabin program. We did not open a sourced Carnival, Royal, or NCL flower SKU+cutoff page that names San Juan. Carnival’s departure-ports index does not name San Juan, so Fun Shops is not listed here.
Cutoff realities
Fioridella’s FAQ is before 1:00 PM. The hours block prints Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM; the same FAQ’s phone line prints Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. We publish both. Sunday is closed. If the guest is already at the pier, this shop has no published terminal process.
If the ship has already sailed
A Condado hotel desk will not forward flowers onto a ship that has left San Juan Bay. Treat a missed sailing as a lost delivery unless the seller has a written hold-or-refund rule.
