San Francisco cruise embarkation is at Pier 27 and Pier 35, not at a Union Square lobby and not at the Ferry Building. A florist who lists “San Francisco” has not named a berth.

Terminal vs hotel vs ship

The terminal is Pier 27 / Pier 35. We have not opened a florist page that names those piers or a receiving desk. Terminal letters stay unpublished.

Hotels downtown and on Union Square are the passenger drop when the guest is staying there. Elizabeth’s Flowers names San Francisco Marriott Marquis, Westin St. Francis, Palace, InterContinental San Francisco, Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, W San Francisco, Four Seasons, The Clancy, Ritz-Carlton San Francisco, SFO Marriott Waterfront, St. Regis, and Mark Hopkins (before 5:00 PM; Sat–Sun closed vs weekends by appointment; 240 Fell Street). Chartreuse by Roje is a second shop, on Market Street. It leads with leftover JW Marriott Union Square and San Francisco Marriott Union Square (before 4:00 PM; Monday and Sunday closed; Friday / Saturday hours conflict; 2095 Market Street).

Ship delivery is a cruise-line cabin program. Carnival Fun Shops is open again, but Carnival help still says flowers are not offered from San Francisco. We do not list a Carnival cabin order here. We did not open a sourced Princess or HAL flower SKU+cutoff page for this port.

Cutoff realities

Elizabeth’s about-us FAQ says before 5:00 PM. Weekday hours end at 5:00 PM. The same page disagrees with itself on weekends. Chartreuse posts 4:00 PM and is dark Monday and Sunday. If the guest is already at Pier 27, neither shop has a published pier process.

If the ship has already sailed

A Union Square hotel will not forward flowers onto a ship that has left the Embarcadero. Treat a missed sailing as a lost delivery unless the seller has a written hold-or-refund rule.
