Piraeus is the passenger port. Athens is the city people fly into. A florist who says “Greek islands cruise flowers” has not chosen this homeport, and Santorini is not a substitute.
Terminal vs hotel vs ship
The terminal is inside the Port of Piraeus. A van that can find Akti Miaouli has not shown a pier process we could check. We have not listed a local shop with a named terminal desk.
Hotels in Piraeus or central Athens are the passenger drop when the guest is actually there the night before. We opened shops with clocks and generic “any hotel” language. Those stay off this page until a shop’s own page names a hotel and a cutoff.
Ship delivery here means a line’s official cabin program. Norwegian’s Gifts & More desk names Piraeus on the Europe flower-port list. Flowers are first day of sailing, to the stateroom. Royal’s opened European FAQ is generic (European departures / three business days / flowers boarding day only) and does not name Piraeus, and the flowers catalog still will not open — we do not invent Royal SKUs for this berth.

If the ship has already sailed
An Athens hotel desk will not forward flowers to a ship that has cleared the Saronic. Treat a missed sailing as a lost delivery unless the seller has a written hold-or-refund rule.
