Ship delivery is a cruise-line cabin program. Carnival’s departure-ports index did not give us a Charleston homeport page we could keep, so Fun Shops is not listed here. We did not open a sourced HAL or Disney flower SKU+cutoff page for this port.

Greenery’s banner and policies say 2:00 PM ET weekdays. The nearby Charleston page says 7:00 AM. Believe the earlier clock. If the guest is already at Union Pier, this shop has no published pier process.
If the ship has already sailed
A downtown hotel will not forward flowers to a ship that has cleared the Cooper. Treat a missed sailing as a lost delivery unless the seller has a written hold-or-refund rule.
